It started with someone we love.
When someone we love got hard news, the records were scattered, the language was dense, and the decisions wouldn't wait. So we built frontier AI for health and medicine and pointed the kind of research firepower usually reserved for hospitals and drug companies at one family.

One record. A careful second look.
Good Health holds a person's situation in one place: the diagnosis exactly as the clinician gave it, records with their print dates, and the person's own goal in their own words. Then it gives the family a careful second look at what is known, what is missing, and which questions to ask the doctor, including which choices can be undone. It is free for families on the access list. In an emergency, call your local emergency number; in a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.). If your family faces a hard decision and wants a conversation, email tg@taylorgood.com with a phone number and a one-line summary. We are a family, not a medical or crisis service — we reply within 14 days when we can take the call; we are not staffed 24/7.
Prep informs. People decide.
- 01
Gather
The diagnosis in the clinician's own words, records with their print dates, and the person's goal for their own health.
- 02
Separate
Five channels stay apart: clinician, records, family, home, and the decision. If a channel is missing, it's marked missing and nobody guesses at it.
- 03
Look
Each channel reads calm, serious, mixed, or unclear. Good Health never invents a diagnosis or fills a blank.
- 04
Ask
The look becomes questions for the clinician, an option map, and a plain list of what it is not saying.
- 05
Decide
The person and their clinicians decide. The decision is logged, and it stays open until the person decides.
What Good Health is not.
Good Health supports understanding and decision quality only. It does not diagnose, predict outcomes, choose treatment, or replace a licensed clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Kept apart from research.
The Good Institute studies patterns in public. Good Health keeps each family's records private to that family. By policy, they are never shared with the Institute or used for research.
