Health data privacy notice

How we handle health information — anything that identifies you and relates to your physical or mental health. One standard, for every family, in every country.

01One standard, everywhere

Health information is the most sensitive data there is. We treat it that way for everyone, wherever you live — the strictest standard we know of, applied to every family, not just the ones whose laws require it.

02What this covers today

Good Health opens to new families through the family-access email list. Until your family's access begins, the only health-related information we hold is the fact that you asked for access — which could suggest an interest in health — and anything about health you choose to tell us by email.

When your access begins, we will show you exactly what Good Health collects and which providers process it, and ask for your explicit consent before any health data is collected.

03What we collect, and from where

  • Your email address and your interest in Good Health, from you, when you sign up.
  • Health information you choose to include in an email to us, from you.

We do not collect precise location, and we do not track you across other sites or apps.

04Why we collect it

  • To set up your Good Health access.
  • To respond to your message, including reaching out by phone if you ask us to.

We process health information only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

05What we will never do with it

  • We never sell health information, and never use it for advertising.
  • We never use it to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Any AI provider that processes it for Good Health must agree in writing not to train on it.
  • By policy, it is never shared with The Good Institute or used for research.
  • It is never shared with any company our family members work for, including Entropy Index.
  • We share it only with service providers that host, store, or process it on our behalf, under instructions to use it for nothing else — or when the law requires it.

06Where it's stored

Our providers store data in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred there, with safeguards our providers apply to international transfers.

07Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold or share your health information, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it — including from backups — or to withdraw any consent you gave.

Email tg@taylorgood.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. If we can't do what you asked, we will explain why, and you can appeal by replying to that message. You also have the right to complain to the data protection or consumer authority where you live.

08Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date, and ask for fresh consent before using health information in a new way.
